Returns – 30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used Rescue Breath devices

  • Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
